Excellent design, well made, would certainly consider it better built than a home center import toy. Purchasing it chased the snow away but I'm ready to go for the next one. Order protective edge at the same time. I just placed that order. Save that mineral on your shingles! Well worth the price.

Already had a Mr. Longarm extension pole so this roof rake worked great and saved my money versus buying a single purpose roof rake.

This head was able to break through the thin layer of ice that formed over top of the snow. It did require some effort to use, but did a good job of pulling the snow down. Locking screw on the head had to be tightened with pliers to keep the head from spinning loose, but once it was tightened with the pliers it held it in place,
