Have used the rake twice (my wife has beaten me to it twice - a good thing). With the usual 3 segments, It rolls and cuts through even ice-glazed snow, the swing door opens and closes as expected, and it is strong and light. With the increased flexibility of all 5 segments, steering becomes a bit of a learned skill, nicely facilitated by cleaning the lower roof first. Now, if I can just add those last couple segments without dropping them in the snow... A well-made, functional product.

I bought the extensions to go with the roof rake. These are simple to assemble, and the broom attachment does an excellent job of cleaning my solar panels of snow without doing damage. The company does an excellent job of offering advice, and guiding you toward what you need.
