I’m glad i found you site, As I get older getting on the roof every fall to clean leaf build up seems less interesting. So when my leaf rack arrived with the 24 ft. pole I also order with it I couldn’t wait to try it out and I’m glad to report it worked great for what I needed it for and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I also used it on front of roof to get falling tree pieces off. My home is a single story which helps also and reached areas I needed fine.

I cut some of the rake off on each end with a hack saw, so that it would fit between the ridges of my metal roof. Attached it to a Mr Longarm extension pole and it worked well to clear a mixture of longleaf pine needles and live oak leaves. I had to learn to adjust the angle so the teeth would not stick as hard on the screw heads as much. I bent some of the teeth. when I first got them hung up on the screw heads. The plastic teeth have a light touch and do not appear to or sound like they are scratching the paint off the metal roofing. It is the best tool I have used to date for the chore of clearing the metal roof which can be too slippery to stand on. I will buy another to keep as a spare.

I bought the rake and a 24 foot pole to go with it. It takes a little practice but within 20 minutes I cleaned my roof. The pole can get a little heavy so I tried using just the extension I needed which was about 20 feet, very easy to adjust. I use to pay 35-40 dollars for each roof cleaning 2-3 times a year.. This product will pay for itself in no time. Thanks.

The roof rake works well. It's light weight makes it easy to move. The pivot allows it to remove debri easily. Only wish is that one could be made with a v shape or some how angled to clean the roof valley more efficiently. Maybe as another attachment. Thanks.
