have used once, rake did the job, It would have been easier for a short person to handle the 24 ft extension with someone else to help hold the pole, but was able to manage and reach the roof areas in need of clearing. The roofrake accomplished what I needed it to do. With only one use so far, am not able to give any assessment of durability or continuing quality.

It's not as large as I anticipated and I wondered how this little thing could move leaves very well, but it does a heck of a good job. For me it works a little better to start low on the leaves and to work up through them. I've got one roof valley and a bunch of mesh covered gutter and and 8 don't have to get on the roof at all with this.

This is the right tool! I love it! I was able to get the pine straw down without having to get up onto the roof. I'm very happy about that!

The telescoping pole is nice, however, not so much the rake. The rake does not hold its position. As you drag the rake against the roof it bends back. The joint is plastic with a metal bolt that cannot be tightened enough. Almost unusable. Am looking for a new attachment for the pole now.
