<p>I bought the longest extension rod possible and I have a one story rancher and cannot reach my roof whatsoever. The only way I can use this is if I get on a ladder which is not safe for 3 Point contact. Unsure if I can return this item but does not work as described. It is well worth the money.......not really heavy duty but if used as intended it will do the job.

I received it on a Friday evening and had the pine needles off of my roof by noon on Saturday.. I have needed a tool like this for a long time!

Needed this to get leaves and pine needles off the steepest valley on my roof. I still couldn't reach part of the clog but the 24' telescoping pole is very easy to use and being a woman, I needed that ease. Once extended it was a little difficult to get to roof level, but I have some learning to do with better techniques. Overall, it will exactly as I had hoped.
