This is a very well designed product and works for me to get the leaves off of my roof while standing on the ground. Much safer for and eighty year old! My only issue was that when packed for shipping the bolt and wing nut were not screwed together or put in a small plastic bag as I almost lost them when I opened the shipping box in my gravel driveway. They disappeared into the gravel! But I found them.

I am very pleased with my roof rake. I have a metal roof and the valleys are hard to reach. The extended handle made it much easier to reach. The roof rake was very sturdy and able to grab small twigs and debris. I will be purchasing the brush so it will get the pine needles off better.

Living in North Carolina amongst the tall pine trees is beautiful but when those needles come down repeatedly you either have to pay someone to clean regularly or climb a ladder around your house. I was skeptical paying almost $90 for the rake, poles and delivery. My husband was thrilled as this rake really took down the needles. He only had to use the ladder for a few hard to reach corners. It is going to pay for itself in no time. The poles are really well made and the concept really works. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me on the phone prior to the purchase.
