I ordered the rugged rake design liking the idea of the poles to make it more solid. What i discovered though is that half of the poles given are of that design, the other half are thin and flimsy. After using it my worries were realized as the two end poles are way to flimsy and feel like they are going to break. Don't waste your time on this, could have made it solid all the way to the head, but they went cheap and made a poor design

Im glad I got the roof rake it makes it so much easier to try and clean my roof. it is lightweight and very easy to use
