Excellent for fresh powdery snow, but it could use a little more weight for raking compacted or ice crusted snow. Its soft construction is great for removing snow from sunroom glass and metal roofs.

I used this roof rake to clear Solar Panels on my roof. Worked very well.

Great product, will use this to remove snow off my solar panels. Have not used as yet, no snow yet, but I’m sure it will work fine.

When I bought the roof rake I was concerned that it might not hold up, I am using it to clear Solar Panels and there are bolt heads sticking up along the panels. I was concerned that the head would not hold up and I bought a second head as a replacement. The original head does have a little bruising but is still ok for this winter. Eventually I will switch them out. I wanted something that would not damage the solar panels, this fits the bill.
