The pole fulling extended is too flexible, feels likes it going to break. I will be inserting a wooden dowel to strengthen the pole. The product is good and I am happy with my purchase.

Pole was everything that I hoped it would be! Pole was easy to work with as It tightened and slid very well easily Only wished hat I had found it earlier because it makes quick work of a tough jobs!

The pole is sturdy and easy to use. We got it along with the soft scraper for our solar panels. We really love it. Stores nicely. This pole will replace our other roof rake unit. It was shipped very quickly. Very pleased with both the product and Roof Rake.com.
