Haven’t used it. Has not snowed since I bought it

Thanks Roof Rake - We just had a a Solar array installed and the weather predicted a snow storm 4 days later. The solar Installers recommended your company. We order 3 days before the storm and 2 days later our product appeared at our front door. Thanks for the great service, not to mention the rake worked phenomenal on the 6 inches of snow piled up on the array! Keep up the good work!

I haven't had the need to use it yet (fortunately) but it does appear to be well made, I'm sure it will do the job, the telescoping pole is really nice,

Product appeared as advertised. The twist locks on the pole was difficult to turn when wet and cold. Probably some lubricant would have helped.

My roof and solar panels were not steep, I still needed a ladder in order for the snow rake to work, I have returned to product. With a steeper angle, I'm sure it would have been fine. Thanks.

Got the rake about a week ago. Took it out of the box and tried it on some very icy snow on my solar panels. Did not work well on the ice. Subsequently, the ice melted. Got more snow and used the rake. It worked great! I am impressed by how sturdy the pole is. I was able to reach up to the highest part of my solar array and clean it off with no problem..
