We are very pleased with our Extra soft Snow Pro.

Shipping was incredibly quick and the roof rake works great.

The company that installed our solar panels, SunCommon, suggested your Snowpro for removing snow without damaging the panels. I am very pleased with the product as it is light but effective in clearing snow. I was also extremely pleased to have it shipped so quickly after I sent in my order. I was also impressed when a real, live person answered my call (on a Sunday!) for help in how to extend the smaller portion of the handle.

Bought to clean solar panels on a 2nd story along with a the 30 foot poll. Works well enough but wish it came in a bigger width, cleaning 26 panels is time consuming.. Also I find the screw on method for head to be less than ideal, it has a tendency to come loose. A traditional push button connector would be a great improvement

Although I see some of the benefits fo the snow pro however it has had limited value with thick or wet snow



there is not enough weight to work - to grab the snow and pull it off the solar panels
