I ordered the 24' medium duty extendable pole, and need to fully extend it in order to reach the top of my solar panels., When fully extended there is a substantial bend to the pole, which makes me nervous. Additionally, in cold weather the locks on the extensions periodically either won't release or lock. It only takes a few minutes in the warm house for them to work again. Have used my Snowpro a few times and it does a wonderful job safely removing the snow from the surface of the panels. Good investment!

SNOW PRO HEAD - Works pretty well for clearing the snow off our solar panels..Sometimes it seems it would be nice if it was a little "stiffer"...-but then it might also scratch the surface..-.so probably a good "middle ground"...

So far it's proven to be a good choice for my needs.

I'm glad the Snow Pro is so light weight. That makes it easier to lift and manipulate. The weight of the 30 foot pole is more than enough weight to do the job. Extending sections nearest the handle end first helps with balance for ease of use at shorter extensions

I have only used it once so far, but it seems well made and I think it will be perfect for getting the snow off our solar panels.

I've used it 3 times for some light snow, so far so good, it's light and seems strong, the head could maybe be a little wider. Sheryl was very nice to deal with
