Takes a little getting used to but works great! Have found making it just long enough with the thickest extensions to reach the front of my panels is the best way to start. That snow is harder and needs some hitting to break it up and pull it off the roof. Then i can extend it more and pull the rest to the snow off pretty easily unless it’s been sitting for days.

I used it day one and after a few tries you get the hänge of it. The bead is a bit small, but it makes sense since size equals weight and it is on the end of a very, very long pole. Not an issue, works fine. Just keep in mind that because it is soft, if you have ice on the panels this will not do anything - just like it is meant to, since it is supposed to not harm the panel.

It's a great rate, doing its job well.

I elected to get the 23 foot heavy duty pole since I live in a one story Ranch. The pole is very wobbly when lifting it into the air, so I was surprised by that. It does clear the snow off of the solar panels, I would wish they made the head a little wider or perhaps angled on the edges for better removing.

We were able to remove the snow from our solar panels that was preventing electricity production.
