The adjustable rake is strong but light weight so using it to clean solar panels that are 25 feet high makes it easy. The foam rake head is perfect for clearing snow from my 20 solar panels. Purchasing the Roof Rake product was a good decision.

The rake works as advertised and is fairly light weight. Best with light fluffy snow. With heavy wet spring snow it is best to rake after every 4-5 inches. and not let freeze to panels over night.

But I have already shared my opinion that there should be a sheet of simple, specific instructions included with the shipment -- there were none whatsoever.

I purchased the Snow Pro Head, Unger pole, and Unger Cone Adapter Tip. There were no instructions regarding how to replace the Unger Tip with the Adapter Tip. I eventually figured it out. I should not have had to figure it out.

Also, the Snow Pro Head screwed onto the Adapter Tip much differently than it screwed onto the Unger Tip. I was hesitant to force the Head onto the Adapter Tip, so I contacted your sales department to ask for another tip and had to wait for a response. All that could have been avoided with one sheet of simple, explicit instructions.

The roof rake works ok but is a bit heavy making. it difficult to handle
