This is an awesome roof rake. We had a foot of heavy wet snow and this product easily removed the snow from my solar panels. I also used it to roof rake the first few feet on the remainder of my house. It's very light and this makes it easy to use.

Don't know if I ordered the correct head. Snow is either to compact or head not heavy enough to dig into snow.

Haven't used it yet. The snow melted before I received it. I''m happy to have it as the proper tool for my solar panels

Haven't had a chance to use the rake extensively, as snow stopped falling not long after I received mine, but looks like a quality tool. Pliable rake shouldn't do any damage to the solar panels & tubes & removes snow effectively. I'll revisit my rating after next winter when I've had a chance to use it more.
