Got 3 inches of wet stuff last night, so got to try our new Snowpro. Works so much better than our push broom duct taped to a stick. We have a 13kvw ground mounted system so the 12 foot pole is all we need. The whole system is nicely crafted, light, and plenty strong. The head may wear over time, but that's how it goes if you want something that doesn't scratch the panels. Highly recommended, worth the money IMHO.

Roof angle problem

I would have given a 5 star review if my roof had a steeper angle as shown in the website video. The video failed to show how the man cleaned his other two lower angled roof solar panels.. I was only able to clean one row of panels on my two row panel roofs. Very disappointed.

It most likely would be good if it came close to reaching the Solar panels I would need another 22 feet to make it work do you have something that long and could I send this one back if you don’t

Roof Rake is really ideal for shoveling panels, but to move snow after it has piled up under the panels, it needs to be a bit more beefy for.

I would also put gripping type material on the yellow handle. When you add snow in, it is a bit slippery to hold onto.

Roof rake

I’ve used this once and I have my doubts about the long term durability of the rake. I have several small tears on the edge of the rake, probably caused as the rake moves between solar panels. The connection to the extra long pole is all plastic and I again have doubts as to the durability of the rake / handle attachment point. For the price I expected much better quality
