Shipping charges were outrageous - 36% of the cost of the Sno Pro itself (~$29 vs Sno Pro cost of ~$80) for a little 3-lb box shipped by Fedex!

I purchased the SnoPro with the 18' pole for cleaning snow from my ground mount solar panels. It works well and I am pleased with the quality of the product. The company is very responsive and service is great. The 18' pole was on backorder so they offered to ship the 22' pole at no extra cost. Prices are good as well. No complaints so far.

The roof rake works great to clean our solar panels of snow so we don’t lose any energy production! The pole is more substantial than others saw in stores, but still light enough that it is easily maneuverable. Start at the bottom rather than the top for best results getting the snow off (watch the video!!)

No snow yet but looking forward to using my new roofrake. The blade will allow the snow removal with no damage the new shingles. The pole is very substantial and should be strong enough to remove any amount that might arrive this winter.. Impressed with the quality.

If you have solar panels and live in snowy regions this is a must. Used twice now with great snow clearing results. Sturdy and soft at the same time. Wonderful customer service. Talked to them for 30 minutes asking questions about there products and they made me feel like part of their family. Thanks
