It works as expected. I use it to rake off the solar panels. I use a 30 ft pole which does get heavy when fully extended. The brush is very lightweight and will not dig down into the snow like a regular roof rake does. However this is meant for solar panels and will not cause any harm to them. You must do it after every snowfall. If you let it crust up some this will not work for you.

The Snow Pro does a really nice job have removed 8" at a time. I purchased the 18 ft with heavy duty pole. I thought I was getting the yellow Strong Arm pole with metal fitting but was sent the Aluminum pole with plastic screw. there advertisment is not clear on which pole you are getting.

Extra soft Snow Pro is exactly what we needed to remove snow from our solar panels. The extensions allow for complete removal of the most difficult to reach panels..This is our second winter with solar panels, and this year we have benefited already from the Snow Pro.

Works great! The 30Ft pole I bought along is exactly what I needed. I can manage the weight of it when fully extended.

To bad the angle kit does not fit on it.
