I was very pleased with the roof-rake I received. I used it to clean snow from solar panels. It is light enough to use easily and did not damage the panels..

Bought to use on solar panels. Works great as long as you get the snow off before it becomes crusty.

Great for reaching of my one story house, HOWEVER, it is so light that you have to really push down on the pole...forcing the head down in to the snow...before pulling to snow off my solar panels. I finally just climbed up, on the roof, and used the roofrake to push the snow off.

I purchased this roof rake as a gift for my son, who wanted to use it for getting the snow off his solar panels. He has only used it once so far, and has no complaints. He said it was sturdy and worked just fine.
