I bought this product in a winter snow crisis last year. It arrived on time, simple to assemble and worked very well.

Was used to remove snow off house awning. Worked well, except can loose screws if just finger tighten bolt connections. Also, being metal, and cold temps., it can be difficult to add or remove extensions while using at different lengths. Depending on the thickness and weight density of snow, it can also be difficult to pull down. A better design would be to push up under snow with cheese type blade for first cut and then pull down off surface with rake surface.

This product worked very well! Great quality and It helped stop our leaks quickly and they didnt return!

I ordered the roof rake late in the winter last year after we had ice damming that led to leaks in our bathroom and kitchen ceiling. I only needed it once. Using a step ladder, I was able to clean the roof about 8 feet from the gutter and clear off the entire garage. It was easy to assemble, appears to be very well made and the wheels keep the edge off the shingles. It does get heavy when it is fully extended, though.
