I purchased the Garelick Original w/ roof rollers. It arrived in 2 days by regular mail ( amazing!!) Assembled very easily and per the instructions. Worked on my Daughter's single story home, as well as her detached 2car garage with an "old angled" roof. Absolutely PERFECT!!!! The flex of the pole ( when assembled) works well and in your favor when pulling the snow down from the roof. MADE IN AMERICA!!!! Thank you!!!!

I have a very long reach to top of 2nd story from sloping ground. It did the job w the extension. I'm happy.



I called w some questions pre order. All questions answered and shipped same day. I would order here again.

It was a project putting together the Deluxe Roof Rake. But, with a screwdriver, wrench, and some time, it was done.



Putting the rollers on the shovel was extremely difficult. There were no hints in the instructions on how to accomplish the feat. Eventually I found a piece of metal thin enough to slip in the gap but strong enough to pry open the gap. Still, it was tough slipping the rollers onto the shovel.



One of the rollers does not roll. I can't tell if it's because the hole in the shovel is too close to the edge of the shovel, or if it's because the roller is too big. I will likely buy a file and scrape the plastic roller until it rolls properly.

A solid product that withstood the rigors of the unusually snowy New England winter of 2015 without showing any signs of wear and tear. The longer-that-usual handle is a great feature.

Rake was pretty easy to assemble. Unfortunately the rubber handle disintegrated and became a black mess when it came contact with snow/water. Very disappointing.
