With record snow fall this year this rake did a great job, easy to assemble and lightweight to use and the wheels on the bottom stop the rake from damaging the roof, it was in stock and only took a couple days to get.

I've not used it yet - otherwise, I might give it a 5-star rating. Delivery was very quick and the instructions for assembly are clear. The assembly itself is simple.

The biggest problem I had was getting the grip on (follow the instructions and place it in warm water before securing the grip to the pole). The same goes for

the rubber rollers (hot water for 5 minutes.) It looks great, ready to use and, hopefully, it'll do the job.

Solid appliance. A little heavy with all attachments to get to a second story roof, so not really usable for a typical woman, but no problem for the average guy. As stated, removes the snow.

The 21 Foot Deluxe is a good product, but the one problem with it is that the screws down by the rake come out way too easily. I have to try to find replacements at the hardware store now before the winter hits, and Id much rather if you just provide extra if you know the possibility of them falling out is pretty high.

Very pleased with both the quality and the performance of this roof rake. I purchased an extra extension and was able to get to the ridge of our roof. Needed to be creative in using it at that longer length, but it worked perfectly. Purchased 3 of these...one for myself and one each for our sons.
