I bought this for my husband. I had read elsewhere that the rollers had come off for a customer using this product. As directed, the rollers where put in hot water first and he was able to put them on and said that he can't imagine them falling off. They are on tight. He is very happy that I purchased the snow rake for him!! So much cheaper than hiring someone. Was great for clearing the snow from the porch over the front entrance. No more icicles, dripping, and refreezing!

The extra long handle was flexible but could still be controlled. The rake worked as advertised and helped us remove 3 feet of snow quickly and more safely.

My wife saw this items on The Today Show, and I was was undecided about its performance. But after the significant snowfall in our area recently, I can only say this rake works. It is easy to assemble and works better than expected.

In NH, we had a record winter for snowfall. There was a section of my garage roof, right at the house line, which built up alot of snow. I bought this roofrack with the 5 extension, and was able to remove what I could reach. It is a great product.
