Works awesome. Just removed 5 feet of yellow snow.

Even though the box was torn open all of the parts were still intact and there was no apparent damage to the product.. Congratulations to the packing department, very good job. Well, it's been in the 90's here so we haven't had a lot of snow. The tool looks well made and I think I made a good choice buying from you folks. If you want to send me another review request in December I can tell you how well it works.

This rake was purchased as a gift for someone living in Tahoe, CA who has 12 feet of snow on her deck. I am relaying her comments. She loves the rake and all her neighbors have been asking to borrow it after seeing it work. I bought her the extension and because of that she has been able to reach to the top of the 10 foot pile of snow on her roof and incrementally remove it. She recommends the rake to anyone who asks.

Way better that "plastic" rakes. I did use Loctite even though locking nuts were provided. Have had no problems. Rollers are a great addition. Light enough to use easily but heavy-duty enough to do the job as long as you use common sense. Have a hard time getting it back from all my neighbors.

The rake poles should have been made to extend out so you don't have to disconnect them each time for storage purposes. The wheels do not turn freely. The rake shield edges are very sharp. I thought it would have been made with better workmanship and quality.
