works just like it's suppose to. Cuts right through the snow and pulls it down. It's still work, so don't think it will do it by itself especially if that snow has been up there for a while. We live in southwest Idaho and this has been a terrible winter with buildings falling down. Everyone should have a roof rake because you never know what mother nature is going to throw at you.

I ordered the snow rake during the brutal snow storms we had in Boston this past winter. The local stores ran out of them in no time, so I ordered on line. Works good.. except when you have to shorten or extend the rake sections for certain heights.It was so cold that the small locking ball that you need to press to lock in place froze up making it hard to take apart. Recommend the snow rak8e that extends by push button at the handle instead of adding or removing theses aluminum sections.

I have one and recently bought a second. Rake has held up great and works well to remove even the heaviest snow. I plan on modifying my second to get the snow out of vallies on the roof. Reasonable price and I like the aluminum construction.

It came within two days and now have the ability to clean out the roof and then change to the brush head and clean off my solar array! Also bought the 5’ extension I can now do it all from the ground. Very happy.

Arrived within a few days. Was not difficult to put together. Seems sturdy and well made, Like the way the blade is supported, Have not had a chance to use it yet but I am pretty sure it will work well. We are going to use this on a slightly slanted roof. The poles can be added easily and taken apart for storage. Very satisfied.
