Rake was easy to assemble. A bit flimsy for snow that is not fresh. Handle is too flexible for anything that is "crusty ".

The roof rake was exactly as described, and works great. Excellent customer service. Was missing one part when received. Called on Sat., part was received on Wed.

Would not hesitate doing business with this company. in the future.

Ordered the rake + 2 extensions and 7# jug of Calcium Cloride Ice Melt. Quick shipping but the Ice Melt was not shipped. The person I spoke to was unfamiliar with it. Anyway I received a prompt refund for that and the shipping.



Rake was fairly easy to put together, the first piece did not have the required hole to attach to the rake head, A 1/4" drill bit fixed that.



The snow on my roof had set up a bit so it was a bit of a learning curve to get the snow off. Just a little chopping motion seemed to do the trick. Overall I am pleased with the rake, hope it is durable

I am very happy with the Deluxe Aluminum Roof Rake I ordered. It works very well and I have managed to keep from damaging my roof because of the rollers. We had over three feet of snow on our house with ice dams forming and rain followed by more snow forecast. The roof rake handled the job easily never showing any weakness. I highly recommend it to anyone with concerns regarding roof snow.

i just started useing it had to wait for snow to sofen had to take snow off in levels because it would not budge had to chip it away easy to handle from ground afraid it would bend but it hasn't yet..
