Does what it was made to do. Correct angle bites in the snow and not your roof. At 20 feet the handle is quite flexible. Sure beats standing on a ladder. Stay away from power lines!!!!!!!!

No snow since I got it in the mail. Might be a good thing to keep around in the shipping box and silence is the word. Might even have to wait until next year Sorry folks

The product is very easy to assemble and use. The rollers were effective in protecting shingles from being scratched. The aluminum poles and rake were strong enough to remove snow build up, much stronger than plastic options. The one difficulty is with the extension poles to 31' feet. They make the rake very unwieldy and impossible for one individual to use. The product at 21' is excellent.

Rake is good quality and easy to put together. At its longest extension and certainly with additional extension pieces it is ungainly and very hard to manage & use.

Awesome product! I live in Orchard Park, NY and we get alot of snow, It was just delivered and I tried it out, We have 3+ ft of snow already, works GREAT!
