I have the 20 ft length, and it is less rigid than I would like for that length. However, I was able to clear the roof of the frozen snow after a couple days of warmer weather. It will certainly do the job, and I will probably get better at handling it. Also may try dowels to stiffen it up, though that will increase the weight.

Very solid construction. Out performs Avalanche when removing crusty frozen snow. Fluffy snow gets heavy with no direct path for the snow to fall. Over 21 feet, it becomes extremely flimsy unless adding extensions as it goes on the roof. Used roughly 10 times, and much of the aluminum in the connections are beginning to lose a lot of material. Not sure how it will hold up in future.

good product, easy to use and good quality. Do wish you could order individual parts online (clips, rollers).

Product was as advertised and arrived right on time

Easy to assemble. Works great. But almost impossible to disassemble! Had to use a torch to heat the female half of the joint, then plyers to pull the joint apart.





Sanded the male part of the joint smooth and used a little grease to assemble. Works great now.
