Overall it works pretty good. It works very well in softer snow where there is no hard crust. It is much more difficult when there is a heavy crust on the snow. I had another similar type of a different brand previously and this is built better and stronger than that one. Aluminum poles are strong and fit together well. The tarp type material is heavier duty than that of the competitor and it holds up pretty well. I think it could be reinforced better on the leading and trailing edges because it is showing some wear from rubbing on the crusted snow and the roof edge.. This saved a lot of time on one side of the house where the snow wasn't compacted. The plastic wheels do a good job in keeping the rake from riding on or cutting into the shingles. Overall I would purchase it again.

The Minnsnowta roof razor worked well on well established snow that was 3 feet deep on my sunporch.

The roof razor seemed quite durable and was more efficient and easy to push compared to the roof rake I had purchased two years ago, which could not remove the accumulated snow this year. Well worth the price and safer to use, since I could operate from the ground. I had no problem with the snow hitting me with snow coming off the roof due to the sturdiness of the pole and extra extensions I purchased.

Money well spent, it is easy as it looks.

My nephew-in-law, who used this on my roof, said it was great. He and I sat it up together, I watched, he did the muscle. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Even working from the roof itself to push it down was good. I would recommend this rake.
